About us

We are a family owned business that traces our roots back to 1978 when Laurie Medforth bought an engineering company then called Fryco Products Limited which originally began life in the 1950’s.

Based in Penrose we supply to councils, contractors, schools and businesses. Our range of stock products is extensive but in addition to this, we offer a custom build service. Street Furniture NZ Limited has the engineering expertise and flair to make major contributions to designing innovative products, which are both intensely practical from a functional aspect and achievable from an engineering perspective. This enables our customers to work within their budgets, provides opportunities for unique designs and offers them a total solution.
